During the 3-day long intensive-workshop of the HAMITO to Go Business Simulation the 14 participants pass through different departments

The staff is prepared for the simulation through role- and activity descriptions at the single working places and introduced to the simulation by experienced trainer.

There is no pre preparation necessary to participate in that business simulation, because the role- and activity descriptions are short and easy to understand.

The workshop consists of active game units and adequate tutorials, where trainers explain the theoretical background to the singles methods or interrelations.
